Hey everyone, just a quick intro to my blog. Nothing profound or confusing in this one, there will be plenty of that later.

My name is Mike, currently I'm an engineering student at SFU, and I've just finished my 4th year (hopefully of 5). This summer I'll be working with IDE in Zambia over the summer. Specifically I'll be in Pemba (google maps should give you a good idea) and looks like I'll be working on Agricultural Value Chains. The main focus at the moment is finding markets for farmers to sell their goods.
